(Veg) Gardeners - Parsnip damage from unknown Beetle?

Can anybody help please, seems that some type of beetle (golden colour) about the size of a puffed up grain of rice is destroying the tops of the parsnips. Never had this problem before and don't what these beetles are, grateful for any info or advice, Thank you.
