Am I? I need advice?....?

My LMP was march 13. i had unprotected within the day of ovulation day. my period was suppose to come sunday april 10. i took a home pregnancy on wed (april 13) and it came back positive so i went to do a blood test and came back negative. So today in the mornin i took another home pregnancy and it came back positive What do you think?? what should i do i need advice
