Is this a good long term goal? Unlikely, likely?

I want to go to college and join the Air Force ROTC. I want to get my Bachelor of Science in Forensic-Chemistry. After I graduate I want to go into the Air Force for at least 4 years and hopefully get a job in the Office of Special Investigation in the Air Force. When I get out I want to get a job as a special agent or crime scene investigator for NCIS or the FBI. I have a 3.5 GPA. I am a junior in high school.
