Is University of Phoenix really a joke? Why?

Or is it the students who had to actually go to a clroom and not have the pleasure of working in their pajamas a little bitter about the degree program? Why cant a degree just be a degree? If U of P is accredited, why such the backlash? How else can a person who works full time during the day go to school and earn a Bachelors? Not many 4 year schools offer night courses for all cles.
