Looking for a metal pail with a lid and lock! Creativity counts!?

I am looking for a metal pail or galvenized bucket with a lid and a lock for something we are doing at work called "drop in the bucket". We would like employees to say something positive about other employees by having them droop their comment in a bucket. We need a lid and a lock so they can't be tampered with. Any ideas?
