Heart palpitations,nausea, slight dizziness, and shortness of breath?

I was Huffing (which I know realize was extremely dumb) ill won't do it again.but I think I ped out out for a little and know have these symptoms, will they go away, it almost feels like the gases r still in my lungs and I can't get them out. Should I Just go to bed and see what it's like in the morn? Thanks, huffing is super dumb
