Where to go for physics?

I don't know what a 'XII standard student' is, but it's probably not relevant. My biased opinion is that MIT is the best. You should be asking what colleges would be good and appropriate for you. That's part of the job of your school's guidance counselor. No one can give you a good answer until they know you.
