No. You can't be sued for someone else's credit problems. Just tell the bank that the person does not live there anymore adn kindly ask them to stop calling. If that doesn't work, get the person's name, write down the number that they are calling from and tell them that if you receive anymore calls from them, you will report them to the Federal Trade Commission. They will stop calling then.
