Moving to Seattle, Washington?

My sister is moving from a little town in Michigan to about a half hour out of Seattle to a town called Bothell. She is a big foodie, loves cozy coffee houses, shopping at vintage stores, and reading. If you know anywhere around the town that you think may peak her interest please let me know either the name or something so that I can look it up and let her know! Thank you so much!
